About Me

Hi! I’m BubbleKnot, you might also know me as Ms. BubbleKnot. As a teacher, I see how joy transforms people; it lifts, inspires, and heals. Through every plush toy I stitch and every mystery box I fill, I hope to pass along a little bit of that joy. (And yes, I always give my creations a good hug before I send them off to their new home ❤️)

I became a teacher because I want to serve teachers, and I can only do that by knowing exactly what they go through firsthand. I’ve taught kindergarten, second grade, high school science,and I’m currently teaching middle school science. With 11 state certifications under my belt, I continue to support teachers by creating educational resources and Skillshare classes that support teachers with real-life insight and practical tools.

When I’m not teaching or making, you’ll probably find me scrolling on Pinterest or YouTube, planning another idea, or dreaming about the day I’ll have a backyard pond filled with koi, ducks, and geese.
